SIGMASOFT®thixo has been continuously developed for more than 30 years and enables the prediction of all relevant phenomena which occur during the mold filling and solidification of partially solidified aluminum and magnesium melts.
SIGMASOFT®thixo is a special module that combines the metallurgical expertise of MAGMASOFT® with the non-Newtonian flow expertise of SIGMASOFT®.

With SIGMASOFT®thixo you reproduce the same conditions as on your machine and view them cycle by cycle. Layout electric heaters and together with all information about material, power and control system you simulatively map your process.
